The basics of this dish are a bolognese and a white sauce. If you make enough bolognese base, you can freeze it and use it as a base for chilli - another meal which can last two days.

So many vegetables, such little time. This is one way to make sure you get a tonne of vegetables into your meal and it's even better if you use wholegrain rice and wraps. Super cheap and quick.
I walked out of a fitness class this evening.
Rationally, I know it was because I felt terrible after four vaccinations yesterday. I don’t just mean a sore arm, I mean I felt really run down. Perhaps it was really stupid to go to BMF knowing that I didn’t feel 100%.
Last Wednesday was the best class for me thus far; I felt so light on my feet, I felt quick and strong and like I was actually making progress and I could move up to a slow red bib. But today, I couldn’t make it through the whole class; my heart rate was too high, I had a headache and felt clammy. I definitely shouldn’t have gone.
We decided to be responsible adults, and responsible adventurers, and get all of the necessary vaccinations for all the countries we are planning on entering. It felt a little overwhelming at first, but with the help of nurses at our local GP, and a nurse at the local Superdrug travel clinic, we've got them all planned and sorted.

Way back near the start of this process we got in contact with Gareth at Spray.Bike about his newish to market product for personalisation of our trusty steeds. We had a few colours to play with and now, after months of consideration, we had a go at Helen's bike.
We've mentioned these guys a fair bit, but it's only because we genuinely love going to these classes and they've made such a huge difference to our preparation.
